I wake up and walk outside. The sky’s grey. I start typing.
The moment I write “What better day to be sacred?” — the sun breaks through the clouds and lands on my face. No joke.
I take it as a sign.
Today’s a stack day. A sacred rhythm day.
My work week is intense — front-loaded. Tuesday and Wednesday are my recovery days. So I use Sunday for power. Stillness. Vision.
Here’s the protocol:
